Our standard fee is 10–15% of the annual salary. Caregivers/Nannies are 12–18%. Premium placement adds 10–15% with a 90-day guarantee.
If the worker resigns or is terminated for valid reasons within 60 days, we provide one free replacement.
Standard = 60-day replacement, Premium = 90-day replacement + priority sourcing
Workers never pay fees.
Most placements are completed within 7–21 days, depending on role and availability.
